FOUR BIN FEEDER
It is of single chasis construction. At each Bin a radial gate is provided which can be opened in any position to regulate the aggregate flow. Individual endless belts are provided, below the gates to discharge materials onto the gathering belt.

VIBRATING SCREEN
A single-deck vibrating screen is provided on the slinger conveyor to remove oversize aggregates received from the four bin feeder.

SLINGER CONVEYOR
An inclined conveyor with belt mounted on idlers receives aggregate from the gathering conveyor and feeds it to the Pugmill Mixer.

PUGMILL MIXER
Pug Mill Mixer is provided for mixing of aggregate/dust/ moram and water. It is fabricated from M.S. Plates mounted on a separate robust steel structure. Two sq. shaft is provided with specially designed manganese steel casted Peddle Arms and Tips with cast iron spucers. The sq. shaft is provided with Double Roller spherical bearings. The A.C. motor coupled with suitable make worm Reduction Gear Box and specially designed Spur Gears and Pinions. The water sprinkling pipe is provided on the top of the Pug Mill. Motorised valve with water pump mounted on separate structure.

WATER TANK
One Water Tank of 10 MT Capacity is provided, fabricated from steel plates with manhole, flow meter, pump etc.
